To configure your agent to use the SnapEngage Web Client, login to your configurator and go to the “Agents” tab.
Here set the “System” of the agent to “Web Client”. (This will be the default setting for new accounts), enter their email address and click on Save in the top right corner.
Your agent will now receive an email with the link to setup his password and log in to the Web Client.
If they did not receive the email address, (for example if the account already existed in our system), the agents can also reset their password on this link: http://www.snapengage.com/client
Your agent will now be able to login to the Web Client with his email address.
