1. Go to your "Plugins" tab of your configurator and click facebook
2. Click the "Add Chat to your Facebook fan page" button.... Note: you can only add the plugin to your fan page, not to your personal facebook page.
3. Login to your facebook fan page with your email address and password.
4. Click the "chat with us" link in your menu on the left hand side (under your wall, photos, etc)
You will be prompted to login with your SnapEngage account credientials.
5. Now, if you click "Chat with us" in your menu as shown below, you will see the chat box pop up.
6. Click "Chat with us" and you will see your regular SnapEngage chat box.
