Get more detailed feedback from your visitors to improve your service! Use this template to create a simple, effective post-chat survey. Edit the questions (or add additional questions) to suit your needs.

Benefits:

  • Create a completely customized post-chat survey experience.
  • Ask questions using your own wording.
  • Ask multiple questions to separate ratings of the chat experience and overall service/product experience.
  • Use the labeling system to collect and analyze your results.
  • Pass the labels to your downstream integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) to automate followup or other workflows.

Setup:

The Custom Post-chat Survey bot should be set up in your Reserve Tier (Enterprise). This will ensure that your survey only appears when you want it to, and doesn’t respond to routine chat requests.

Once the bot is set up, you can set it as the default behavior for the post-chat survey configuration.
