We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual license subscriptions.
If you wish to process a cancellation :
– Credit card or PayPal, please speak to one of our agents on chat before the next payment date, so they can cancel it for you, or email [email protected]
– Invoice or ACH, please chat with us at snapengage.com, speak to your CSM or email us from the account owner’s email to [email protected] to request a cancellation 30 days before your next auto-renewal date.
