You can cancel your subscription plan within the first 30 days of signing up for any reason if you sign up for an annual plan. We will process a full refund to your credit card if your cancellation is within these guidelines. We do not offer refunds for monthly plans, but you can simply cancel your account before the end of the cycle.

If you wish to process a cancellation, please chat with us at snapengage.com or email us from the account owner’s email to support@snapengage.com before your auto-renewal date. You will find this information under My Account – Billing.
