We hate to see you go, but if you must, this article reviews the process for cancelling you account if you pay by credit card. If you pay by invoice, please reach out to your CSM or our Support Team.
Log into your SnapEngage admin account with the account that was used to set up billing.
- Click My Account on the left hand sidebar or on the top right of the page under your email address.
- Click Billing on the top navigation
- Click Cancel Subscription
This will open a dialogue window with resources to ensure you are getting the most out of SnapEngage, as well as downgrade and chat with us options.
Note: We would love to talk with you about getting the most from SnapEngage, we offer free 15 minute strategy sessions and we may be able to save you money converting to an Annual plan if you currently pay monthly.
Finally, if you are sure you are ready to cancel,click Finish Cancellation on the bottom right of the dialogue box.

The final cancellation screen will display the cancellation date, along with options to reactivate your subscription or view billing history. You can easily reactivate your subscription at any point in the future as well, and start up right where you left off.
