The Professional plan includes everything on the Essentials plan, with additional specialized tools to support your growing team.

On this plan, you can buy additional admin licenses, where you can assign pre-defined roles with some or all access to different people, or create custom roles, where you decide what each person can see.

With priority tiers, you can decide to have different lines of support or sales, so that some of your agents take the initial chats, and some others get transfers or overflow chats.
