The Solo Plan is essentially a compact version of SnapEngage’s powerful live chat client, at an affordable price. With this plan, you can start chatting with potential customers, while making use of our comprehensive Analytics features.

One agent will be take over live chats and deal with customer’s queries. You can also add a photo, and an alias, to ensure your customers don’t feel like they’re talking to a robot.
You have the functionality to send chat transcripts via email. With this feature, you can keep a log of all the chat transcripts. You can filter out chat transcripts with invalid email addresses too by selecting the option under your configurations, which is useful for generating sales leads. The Solo Plan is limited to the Email integration only.
