Request Parameters:

key - Valid UUID key
w - Valid SnapEngage widget UUID
t - Type of link (twitter, sap)
id - Additional Id (depending on type)
b - Background Page URL (URL Encoded)

Success: 201 Created or 200 OK if existing link
Returns: Chat Url - Example: http://cha.tl/xxxxxx
