How to check your billing history

Whenever you need to access your SnapEngage billing history, you can do so from the “My account” tab. Please note that even for accounts that allow “Permissions”, the only one with access to the “My account” tab is the account holder.

To access your billing history:

  1. Log in as an Admin
  2. On the admin dashboard, click on “My account”

What payment methods can I use and how am I billed?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal, and ACH payments (for USA clients only).

For purchases of $1,000 or more we would be happy to send an invoice. All invoices can be paid by wire transfer. Customers in the United States can also pay invoices by check or electronically.

Do you have refund policies?

How can I upgrade SnapEngage?

When you subscribe to a new SnapEngage plan, your account is upgraded right away, enabling the additional features and quotas. Your new subscription payments will start only once the pro-rated remaining time from your previous plan will be expired. The payment page shows you exactly when your new payment will start.
