Setting up SnapEngage chat to connect to UserVoice only takes these few steps:
1. From the Integrations tab, select UserVoice.
2. Enter your UserVoice subdomain – <something>.uservoice.com/
Note: User should be an Admin for UserVoice subdomain entered in step #2.
3. Click on “Connect to my UserVoice account”
4. Sign in using your UserVoice username and password
5. Click on “Allow access”
6. You’ll now see that your UserVoice account is “Connected” in green
7. Click “Save”
8. Now you’re ready to start receiving tickets in UserVoice!
