Yes there is! Our status page is the go-to page if you are experiencing issues with SnapEngage. If we are having any technical issues affecting the services, these will be shown here, so make sure you bookmark it! Here, you can also get a monthly overview of the SnapEngage Uptime.

What does Uptime mean, you say? Well, that’s basically the opposite of Downtime. We are an optimistic bunch, here at SnapEngage, so we like to focus on the positive!
“Uptime” is commonly applied to networks and servers and refers to the periods when a system is available. In that sense, availability is the proportion of a time-span that a system has been up and running. Even though we always aim at having 100% availability – and we achieve it most of the time – this is not always possible (thanks machines!), so we have created this report for you, so you can see the numbers for yourself.

On our status page you will be able to see how our systems are doing and if there are any interruptions to service, we will make sure to post a note there.
