This is a general purpose message-taking bot that can be used for sales, support or nearly any use case. Place it in your last agent tier to answer when nobody is online.

Benefits:

• Capture messages when you are offline or busy
• People are often reluctant to fill out a form, but will answer the same questions in bot form
• Automatically categorize the issue types based on visitor input

This template is a perfect backup to your human agents. Simply place it in your highest level agent tier. That way, when all other agents are either busy or offline, the bot will answer.

This bot collects basic information like email, name and issue description. It also categorizes the requests by type. You can easily modify it to collect your own information.
